The Mozart Bike Path is named after the world-famous musician Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, who was well-known in many locations in the region of Chiemgau. The Mozart Bike Path also passes through the idyllic mountain village of Reit im Winkl. Thus, this route crosses the border between Bavaria and Austria, and passes right through the most wonderful lakeside landscapes. With a length of 450 kilometres, the Mozart Bike Path takes the bikers through beautiful towns and villages in Bavaria, Salzburg and Tyrol.
